ABSTRACT REGULATIONS

3. Glomerular and tubulointerstitial diseases
4. Chronic kidney disease
5. Acute Kidney injury and Critical care nephrology
6. Peritoneal dialysis
7. Haemodialysis and vascular access
8. Basic science

Instructions for authors & Guidelines for Submission:

• Submission platform: Abstracts can only be submitted electronically via the email
• Acknowledgement: You will receive an acknowledgement email once your submission is received.
• Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
• Papers accepted and presented at the Conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and indexed in relevant international scientific and bibliographic databases.

Formatting:

• Use Times New Roman, Font size 10, single-spaced text.
• The maximum word limit is 400 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations.
• Do not use Caps Lock in the title and avoid abbreviations.
• The abstract should have four chapters:

1. Introduction and Aims
2. Material and Methods
3. Results
4. Conclusion
5. During abstract submission, please indicate your preferred presentation format (oral or poster)

Authors’ names and affiliations:

• The names of authors and co-authors should be written with their name initials and full surnames. The first author is also presenting author. Under the name of the authors, please provide the names of the institutions, city and country.
• Do not use commercial names.
• Do not attach graphics or tables. If you choose to add references, please limit yourself to 5 references, at the end of the abstract, numbered in text-appearing order.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit a complete abstract in finalized format. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed by the author

Presentation eligibility:

• Abstracts will only be accepted if they have not been published or submitted for presentation elsewhere.
• The corresponding author receives all information concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing all other co-authors of the status of the abstract.
• All abstract presenters will be asked to reconfirm their attendance after receiving the notification. If you do not reconfirm your abstract presentation your abstract will be removed from the program.
